RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Note: Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. Items must be unused and unaltered with packaging intact. Please return it to us in its original condition.

Please note that original shipping will not be refunded for any returns.

If you would like to make a return, email us at admin@bestfashionlady.com specifying your order number and which items you will be returning, so that we can create a return shipping label for you.

The cost of return shipping is covered by buyers.

Please note that the request for a return must be made within 14 days. Once we receive the package, we will carefully inspect all items. Acrylicnail will not issue refunds for items that arrive at our facility damaged in any way, as they are no longer re-sellable.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

**Sale items and opened packages are not eligible for return.**

**Orders placed using discount codes may be returned as long as they are unopened, and within the 14 days of delivery, with the exception of special holiday promotions**

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at admin@bestfashionlady.com
